Information about offerings

No Contact Coaching provides mentorship for the process of going low or no contact. I can help you with navigating that decision, or I can help those who already are no contact with rebuilding a life that is aligned for them. I only work with clients who are based in the U.S. due to my liability insurance.

Coaching is not therapy or crisis support. If you are in urgent need of mental health services, please text or call 988 for the free national crisis hotline. You can find a low fee therapist at Open Path Collective.
